Acquisition – B737-530

Classic 500 LLC (Automatic/Aerodirect joint venture) purchased from Lufthansa German Airlines one (1) 1991 vintage B737-530 aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number 25244 equipped with two (2) CFM56-3B1 engines. The airframe will be torn down and the engines will be leased.

Classic 500 LLC (Automatic/Aerodirect joint venture) purchased from Lufthansa German Airlines One (1) 1991 vintage B737-530 aircraft bearing manufacturer’s serial number 25272 equipped with two (2) CFM56-3B1 engines. The airframe and engines are slated for teardown.


Classic 500 LLC (Automatic – Orlando, FL/AeroDirect – Chicago, IL joint venture) contracted with Lufthansa German Airlines to purchase seven (7) B737-530 aircraft equipped with CFM56-3B1/-3C1 engines. The aircraft will be delivered in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2011. Classic 500 LLC will process the equipment and offer the aircraft and engines for sale or lease as well as the material generated from airframe and engine tear downs.


Sold – CF6 Engines

Automatic subsidiary, Aircraft 24414 LLC, sold to MTU Maintenance Canada, Ltd. two (2) General Electric CF6-50E2 engines.


Automatic sold, on behalf of Lufthansa German Airlines, one (1) Cessna Citation business jet to European Aircraft Asset Management Ltd., Ireland. The aircraft is a 2009 vintage Citation XLS+.


Automatic sold, on behalf of Lufthansa German Airlines, three (3) Cessna Citation business jets to AvPro, Inc. of Annapolis, Maryland. The aircraft consisted of two (2) 2008 vintage Citation CJ3′s and one (1) 2009 Citation XLS+.


Europe Airpost 23809 Automatic subsidiaries, Aircraft 23809 LLC and Aircraft 23810 LLC, purchased from CIT Aerospace, two (2) 1987 vintage B737-300QC aircraft with CFM56-3B1 engines subject to lease with Europe Air Post until second quarter 2012.


Automatic subsidiary, Aircraft 24414 LLC,  purchased from Nippon Cargo Airlines two (2) CF6-50E2 engines.  The engines will be refurbished and offered for sale or lease.


Acquisition – B767-300ER

September 1, 2010

Ethiopian Airline Jet Automatic subsidiary, Aircraft 30563 LLC, purchased from Deutsche Structured Finance, one (1) 2000 vintage B767-300ER aircraft with PW4062 engines subject to lease with Ethiopian Airlines until March 2013.


Automatic subsidiary, Aircraft 24414 LLC, purchased one (1) 1988 B737-300 airframe for tear down from a subsidiary of VX Capital, San Francisco. The aircraft will be dismantled at Ascent Aviation Tuscon, Arizona. The resulting inventory shall be marketed and sold by MAC Aerospace, Tuscon Arizona.
